TOT is a family based operated business. We are basically from a small town on the border with China. One of the ancient Chinese rituals is a tea ceremony. Therefore, from childhood, we were instilled with a culture of tea drinking. We traveled a lot of countries such as Japan, South Korea, China, and it was there that we got acquainted with matcha green tea, ground into powder, and unique tea formats with tapioca (boba) and cheese foam (cream). There, tea was combined with fruits in specific proportions. It was simultaneously sour, sweet, salty, and engaged all aspects of taste receptors. Upon returning home in native town, we missed that tea beverage, so we decided to try making it themselves. That’s when our mini beverage production began.We have always loved tea, people, art, beautiful places, and delicious food. We had the idea to create a tea boutique, a new creative space, and a new community where no one is afraid to be themselves, bringing together free-spirited and modern individuals who share common values. Dreamers, conventionalists, pioneers, contemplators, businessmen, free artists-everyone could find a drink to their taste, according to their mood, as each taste category has its own character, which we reflected in the menu.
